| Description |
: Lokomotif uap ini memiliki ukuran panjang 8,73m lebar 2,35m dan tinggi 2,94. Pertamakali ditemukan oleh masyarakat Silukah pada 1980 saat membuat jalan dari Silokek ke Durian Gadang dan terus ke Tapus.
Berdasarkan hasil survei tahun 2005 yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Parsenibudpora Kab. Sawahlunto Sijunjung dengan Balai Peninggalan Purbakala Batusangkar, diketahui lokomotif uap yang berada di Jorong Silukah, Kenagarian Durian Gadang Kecamatan Sijunjung- Kab. Sijunjung merupakan salah satu peninggalan sejarah yang penting artinya sebagai bukti keberadaan masa pendudukan Jepang di Indonesia, khususnya di daerah Sijunjung.
Lokomotif ini terkait dengan pembuatan jalan kereta api dari Muaro ke Logas pada 1943, yang sebagian besar pekerjanya berasal dari Jawa. |
